ONLINE APPLICATIONS CLOSED.
MULTICULTURAL ARTS VICTORIA (MAV) IS CURRENTLY INVITING VISUAL ARTISTS TO SUBMIT EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO DESIGN THE VISUAL ID FOR MAPPING MELBOURNE 2019, MAV’S CONTEMPORARY, INDEPENDENT ASIAN ARTS FESTIVAL.
Now in its seventh year, Mapping Melbourne is a platform for strengthening arts networks between contemporary independent artists across the Australasian region, building connections and establishing collaborative ongoing relationships, and presenting challenging work.
Each year we like to showcase an artist for the Visual ID for Mapping Melbourne. This not only gives the event an exciting new look but it also provides another platform for artists to present their work to the wider public. Last year, we were thrilled to have Soni Irawan light up our programming and we are now inviting submissions for a design for Mapping Melbourne 2019.
