What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than kicking back on the banks of the Yarra River watching the finest world music and cultural dances by artists from neighbouring countries around the globe?
From Sunday 5 February, ease out of each weekend with an afternoon at the Fairfield Amphitheatre enjoying the myriad of diverse yet local talent on offer.
Ride a bike, walk the Main Yarra Trail or catch a train. The Fairfield Amphitheatre
is a five minute walk from Fairfield Station and just 16 mins by train from the city.

Summer Concert Series

Featuring sweet Italian folk songs by the Italian women's choir La Voce De La Luna with Kavisha Mazella, the Dusha Balkana Dance Ensemble (from Sydney) and upbeat gypsy music from Croatia, Macedonia and beyond by the Sljivovitz Orkestra.

Featuring classical Chinese erhu musician Xuanxuan, unique Tibetan musician Tenzing, stunning Mongolian dancer Amraa, folkloric Indian dance by Bindaas Troupe and Ria Soemardjo's mellifluous world jazz ensemble Fine Blue Thread.

19 FEB Our Island Sounds
Featuring live music by Indigenous icon Kutcha Edwards and his band, Pacific drum and dance group the Sounds of Polynesia and the inspirational young voices and beats of the Massive Hip Hop Choir.
26 FEB Songs from the Bosphorous
Featuring Kurdish artist Fadil Suna and his band Baran, Manasis Greek dance group, Turkish-Greek string duo Cuneyt & Byron and live rebetika by Polixeni.
