A brilliant, unique and captivating performer, she is an internationally acclaimed artist with numerous awards and Greek platinum records.
Her career spans over twenty years, inspiring many songwriters to compose for her.
Eleftheria Arvanitaki performed at the closing ceremony of the Athens Olympics in 2006.
Releasing twenty albums, including four on Verve records, and numerous appearances around the world, Eleftheria Arvanitaki is a legendary artist who has become part of Greece's music history.
Performing for one night only as part of Mix It Up, Eleftheria Arvanitaki has a voice with an emotional depth that transcends language.
She is a truly inspiring and sophisticated artist who is sure to deliver an uplifting performance.
This event will also be supported with performances, food & displays in a celebration of Greek culture in Australia.

Free Public Programs
The foyers of Hamer Hall will be buzzing with the sights, smells and sounds of the free public programs from 3-5pm.
Enjoy music, dance and storytelling performances by Etienne and Rene and their new group Kundalila, the Pallaconian Brotherhood and Pancretan Dance Groups and Anthea Sidiropoulos.
Costas Athanasiou and Dara Kretschner will present photography of people and places, old and new.
Make sure you arrive early and don’t miss out on the souvlaki stall or delicious samples of Greek sweets and treats from Nikos- Oakleigh Quality Cake Shop!
