Multicultural Arts Victoria is very pleased to announce Tony Yap Company - Tony Yap, Madeleine Flynn, Tim Humphrey, Ria Soemardjo and Naomi Ota have received an invitation to present a showcase of their production E1 - evocation of a lost boy at the Asian Arts Mart (AAM) organised by The Esplanade Theatres on the Bay in June 2007.

The Melbourne based Tony Yap Company, are highly accomplished and innovative leaders in the field of Asian contemporary performing art in Australia.
In addition Tony Yap, the artistic director of the company, will conduct a workshop, open to local artists and the wider public during the Arts Mart.

The Singapore Asian Arts Mart is one of the key international performing arts markets in the region, providing a valuable platform for exchange, cooperation and networking within the arts industry of Asia and the wider region.
The market features 17 different showcase events over 3 days spotlighting work that is Asian in either content or form.
In addition to the showcases, the market features a program of dance workshops, forums and further opportunities for the arts industry attendees to network.
The market is held to coincide with the Singapore Arts Festival which runs from 24 May to 24 June 2007.
